“Is Ran left hander?” I heard that from mothers friends of Ran for many times. Most of them said that with worried and freak. I Got it
Ran Ka, my daughter, she use her left hand for many thing. Write, cut, eat, etc. For a lot of people, left hand is some kind of freakness, or may be physical defect. For me, it’s not a big deal.
I heard, there are some clever kid, but because of something his achievement come down. After observation, in his school, his teacher force him to write with right hand. But actually he always got his left hand. The teacher get mad because is not good mannered and the kid feel stress because of force of teacher to change his usuality.
I wonder, theacher ( that should be smart and wise) should be know that every kid is special, he has his capability and uniquely by his self. If the kid is left handed, it’s his uniquely, and teacher should be not disturb him. No body knows why human most use the right hand. Most of people use his right hand, I think it’s because of general commonality. (Or may be left brain activation, may be the scientist know this more). And especially for us, as east people, always said “use nice hand” add the reason to always use the right hand.

After know that our daughter more use her left hand often, my husband and I think that it’s doesn’t really matter. When Ran start going to Play Group, we said to her teacher that she always use her left hand for her activities. I ask them to do not force her, exept for eat, may be can be remaind. Then, when she got her Kindergarten, I told her teacher too.
I’m not said that my daughter is left hander. She just five, and she is very active to explore her self. May be when she older, she will use her right hand or left hand more than other. For me, active with right hand or left hand, it’s doesnt matter. Its good that kid can use him two hand balanced. Its cool. Force kid to use one of their hand will make they stress, guilty, or feel bad.

Left hander or not... its not interference kid for their achievement... and the parent must know, achievement not only about number or school, achievement can be get everywhere they were and in many different kind.
